Annette recently relocated to a large acreage in the Arkansas Ozarks where she will realize her dreams of cattle ranching along with restoring native grasslands, cultivating commercial organic crops, expanding her successful AirBnb business, learning a new instrument indigenous to her new locale, the spoons (with the washboard as a fallback since manual dexterity isn’t her strong suit), … and tearing up the forest trails on her beloved horses, Traveler and Phoenix. Her skills include land management and restoration, grant writing, philanthropy, garden design focusing on natives and heirlooms, and real estate management and finance. Heavy on technology to maximize efficient management of real estate, including film and video bookings as well as on-line management of short and long term rentals, including marketing, booking, finance, organization and administration. Focus on on-site water management, cattle ranching, native plant restoration, and sustainable food production practices.
Annette designs and constructs chandeliers and living spaces synthesizing spiritual and physical elements and lore.
